(*Rates are current as of September 2005 and are subject to change.)

Full Day Attendance:  (A full day’s attendance is considered to be no less than 4 hours and no more than 10 hours).  Extra hours are incurred when any child is at the center for more than 10 hours in any one day.  There will be a charge of $2.00 an hour or any portion thereof added to your weekly bill for child care services in excess of 10 hours.

 

 

 

 

Half (1/2) Day Attendance:  Preschool 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (A half day’s attendance is considered to be less than 4 hours).  Extra hours are incurred when any child is at the center for more than 4 hours in any one day.  There will be a charge of $2.00 an hour or any portion thereof added to your weekly bill for child care services in excess of 4 hours.  Any child in attendance for 5 or more hours must pay the Full Day rate.

*Lunch - Add $2.00 Per Day to Half Day Rate Only.

Flexible Schedule:  (Flexible attendance is considered to be attending one day or varying days of the week).

Additional Days:  Any child requiring to attend a non-scheduled day, unless arranged in advance for a field trip or a party, MAY DO SO WITH OFFICE CONSENT ONLY.  A charge of $30/Full Day or $15/Half Day will be added to your weekly bill.

 

Toilet Training:  Any Child requiring the use of diapers, please add:

 

              $2.00/Full Day                         $1.00/Half Day

 

Payment is requested in advance of the week or month attending.  You must pay for the days that your child is scheduled whether he/she attends or is absent due to illness, weather, or holidays.  Late fees will be added after 2 weeks of non-payment, $1.00/week for each week late.  These can accumulate.  After 4 weeks of non-payment the child will be withdrawn and will not be allowed to attend until tuition is paid in full and a re-registration fee is paid.  Unpaid accounts will be sent to our collection agency for legal action.

Add $18/day to the Half (1/2) Day rate (If currently using this method).
